Across New Hampshire flags are being flown at half-staff in honor of the late New Hampshire Senator Warren Rudman. Rudman served from December, 1980 until January 3, 1993. He was a driving force in nominating New Hampshire Supreme Court Justice David Souter for the United States Supreme Court during the Bush Administration, and is remembered fondly for working with Senator Gary Hart investigation international terrorism. He passed away on November 19, 2012. He had a home in Hollis, New Hampshire.
